1. Publisher of the Service
The website at https://theendlessness.com, the web application at https://app.theendlessness.com, and all related software and services (together, the "Service") are published and operated under the trading name The Endlessness.
The Endlessness is currently operated as an unincorporated project by its founding contributors. It is not a registered commercial company at the date of this notice. This notice will be updated as soon as a legal entity is formed, at which point the registered name, share capital, commercial registration number and tax identification number will be published here.

Electronic contact. info@theendlessness.com. We acknowledge messages within two business days. This is our main and direct means of communication for the purposes of Article 10(1)(c) of Decreto-Lei no. 7/2004.
Director of publication. The founding contributors of The Endlessness are jointly responsible for the editorial content of the Service and can be reached through the contact channels above.
2. Registrations and tax information
- Commercial registry: not applicable at the date of this notice, as no legal entity has been incorporated.
- Portuguese tax identification (NIF / NIPC): the Service is currently operated without a commercial NIPC. Invoices for paid Subscriptions are issued by the payments provider on behalf of The Endlessness and include the VAT identifier used by that provider for cross-border supplies.
- VAT regime: where a Subscription is sold to a Consumer in the EU, value added tax is collected and remitted in line with the EU One Stop Shop rules applicable to the place of consumption, using the collection mechanism of our payments provider.
- Regulated profession. The Service is not a regulated profession within the meaning of Directive 2005/36/EC.
3. Hosting and infrastructure
The Service is hosted on cloud infrastructure provided by Render Services, Inc., 525 Brannan Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, which may use data centres inside and outside the European Economic Area. Authentication is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Payment processing is provided by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. 4. Content responsibility
The Endlessness is responsible for editorial content published on the marketing site at https://theendlessness.com. User- generated content inside the Service is the sole responsibility of the users who create it, within the limits of the Acceptable Use Policy and the liability exemptions that apply to hosting services under Articles 12 to 14 of Directive 2000/31/EC, as implemented by Articles 11 to 17 of Decreto-Lei no. 7/2004 and as complemented by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act) where applicable.
5. Trademarks and credits
"Dungeons & Dragons", "D&D", and the dragon ampersand are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC. The Endlessness is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast LLC. Game content on the Service draws from the System Reference Document 5.2.1 made available by Wizards of the Coast LLC under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence. Third- party marks, logos and icons displayed on the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification, interoperability or editorial purposes.
6. Consumer information and online dispute resolution
For consumer complaints, please contact us first at info@theendlessness.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and do our best to resolve it within thirty days.
Consumers resident in the European Union have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For information about Portuguese alternative dispute resolution entities you can refer to www.consumidor.gov.pt and the Rede de Arbitragem de Consumo. Article 18 of Portuguese Law no. 144/2015 requires us to inform you of these entities. The Endlessness is not currently bound to submit disputes to a specific arbitration entity.
7. Supervisory authorities
For issues related to personal data protection, the competent supervisory authority is the Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados (CNPD), Av. D. Carlos I, 134, 1º, 1200-651 Lisbon, Portugal, www.cnpd.pt.
For issues related to electronic commerce and consumer protection in Portugal, the competent body is the Direção-Geral do Consumidor, Praça Duque de Saldanha, 31-3º, 1069-013 Lisbon, Portugal, www.consumidor.gov.pt, and the Autoridade de Segurança Alimentar e Económica(ASAE) for enforcement matters.
8. Reporting illegal content
Under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), anyone can flag content they believe to be illegal by writing to info@theendlessness.com. Please include: (i) your contact details, (ii) a link or other precise identifier of the content, (iii) the reason you consider it illegal, and (iv) a statement made in good faith that the information you provide is accurate. We will acknowledge the notice, assess it diligently and take any action required by law in a timely manner. We may share parts of the notice with the content creator to allow them to respond.
